AirPods で縄跳びを自動カウント

「Nawatob!」（以下「本アプリ」）は、AirPods の動きから縄跳びの回数を数えるアプリです。本アプリの開発者は、利用者の個人データを収集しません。
本アプリは、開発者や第三者のサーバーへ利用者の情報を送信しません。広告、アクセス解析、トラッキングの仕組みも使用していません。
ジャンプを数えるために、AirPods の加速度などのモーションデータを使います。モーションデータは端末上で処理し、外部に送信しません。利用者が CSV の書き出しを選んだときだけ、利用者が選んだ共有先に渡されます。
利用者がタイムラプスの撮影を選んだときだけ、カメラで縄跳びをしている姿を撮影します。映像は端末上で処理して一時的に保存し、外部に送信しません。撮影した動画は、利用者が「写真に保存」や「シェア」を選んだときだけ、写真ライブラリや利用者が選んだ共有先に渡されます。保存しなかった動画は、計測画面を閉じると削除します。
回数や時間などの記録、体重・目標などの設定は、利用者の端末に保存します。
記録（回数・時間・テンポ・消費カロリーなど）は、利用者の iCloud アカウントのプライベートデータベースに保存され、同じ Apple アカウントでサインインしている端末の間で同期されます。このデータは Apple が管理し、開発者が閲覧することはできません。ヘルスケアから読み込んだデータは iCloud に保存しません。
利用者が許可した場合に限り、次のように使います。
ヘルスケアのデータは端末外に送信せず、広告やマーケティングには使いません。
リマインド通知は端末内で予約するローカル通知で、外部のサーバーは使いません。
本アプリは利用者のデータを第三者に提供しません。
記録は本アプリの履歴画面から削除できます。本アプリを削除すると端末内のデータも削除されます。iCloud に保存された記録は、iOS の「設定」→ Apple アカウント →「iCloud」から削除できます。
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページで告知します。

Nawatob! (“the App”) counts your jump rope skips from the motion of your AirPods. The developer of the App does not collect any personal data.
The App never sends your information to the developer’s or any third party’s servers. It contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking.
The App uses motion data such as acceleration from your AirPods to count jumps. Motion data is processed on your device and is never sent anywhere. It leaves your device only when you choose to export a CSV file, and only to the destination you pick.
The App uses the camera only when you choose to record a time-lapse of yourself jumping rope. The video is processed and stored temporarily on your device and is never sent anywhere. It leaves the App only when you choose “Save to Photos” or “Share”, and only to your photo library or the destination you pick. Videos you don’t save are deleted when you close the tracking screen.
Your records (such as jump counts and durations) and settings (such as body weight and daily goal) are stored on your device.
Your records (jump counts, durations, tempo, calories, and so on) are stored in the private database of your iCloud account and synced across devices signed in with the same Apple Account. This data is managed by Apple and cannot be accessed by the developer. Data read from Health is never stored in iCloud.
Only with your permission, the App:
Health data is never sent off your device and is never used for advertising or marketing.
Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. No external server is involved.
The App does not share your data with third parties.
You can delete records from the History screen in the App. Deleting the App removes the data stored on your device. Records stored in iCloud can be deleted from Settings → your Apple Account → iCloud.
